Tanya holds a Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Working as a mental health consultant in a local public High School fostered a passion for assisting families through the often tumultuous teen-age years. Her work with families and individuals is solution-focused, systems-oriented, and incorporates a holistic view of health as mind, body and Spirit. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is a Board Member of the Middlebury Boys and Girls Club. Brianna E. Yoder, MSW, LCSW, CAGCS
Brianna Yoder, LCSW, CAGCS is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Psychology degree from Manchester College. She is also a Certified Advanced Grief Counselor Specialist. She has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field working with children, adolescents, and adults. Brianna offers individual and family therapy via client-centered and eclectic approaches (various clinical modalities and techniques) and has experience working with a wide range of concerns, including, but not limited to: abuse and/or neglect (emotional, physical, and sexual), ADD/ADHD, adjustment and life transitions, anger management, anxiety, behavior management, body image and eating disorders, depression, grief and loss, non-suicidal self-harm, relational difficulties, self-esteem issues, stress management, trauma, and women’s issues.
Carrie Miller, MSW, LCSW
Carrie Miller, MSW, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University and a Bachler’s degree in Social Work from Saint Mary’s College. Carrie has 18 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and their families in both residential and outpatient settings. She works with Amish youth, adults, and their families as well. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-CBT and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, DBT. Carrie utilizes concepts from TF-CBT, cognitive behavior therapy, DBT, and other models to promote hope and healing related to struggles with anxiety, depression, personality traits/disorders, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and other mental health and behavioral health concerns. Carrie enjoys working with student interns and has been a field instructor for a number of interns from Saint Mary’s College, IUSB, and Western Michigan.
Amanda Einselen, MA, LMHC
Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry and Christian Education from Cedarville University. Amanda currently sees mid teens through adults. Amanda has spent most of her career working with youth and is passionate about working with the younger population as they work through life issues, ask difficult questions, build healthy relationships, and navigate identity formation. She has experience working with issues related to PTSD, depression, anxiety, and behavior difficulties. Amanda has received specialized training working specifically with children and teenagers who have experienced childhood trauma and holds certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Amanda approaches therapy from a holistic perspective, addressing the impact of life experiences on our thought processes, emotional experiences and expression, physical health, relationship development, and spirituality. Amanda incorporates Biblical principles into the therapeutic process if desired by clients. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, American Counseling Association, and the Indiana Counseling Association. Amanda enjoys the education process and training the next generation of mental health counselors and teaches adjunct in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Grace College.
Erika Farrell, MA, LMHC
Erika is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College & Theological Seminary and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. Erika works with children, adolescents, and adults utilizing a cognitive-behavioral and strength-based approach to therapy. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is very important to the counseling process and works together with the client to create and help them work towards their goals. Erika has experience working with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, body image and self-esteem, postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, and non-suicidal self-harm. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Jason Miller, MSW, LCSW, CCM
Jason Miller, MSW, LCSW, CCM is a Licensed Clinical Social worker, with a Masters of Social Work degree from Indiana University South Bend, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ball State University. Jason has 12 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in various settings including residential, outpatient, and hospital. Jason utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, solution focused therapy, and other models to treat symptoms related to depression, trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, and addictions. He has experience working with adolescents and families dealing with a pending or finalized divorce. Jason is able to utilize Biblical principles in the therapeutic process if desired.
Char Hochstetler, MSW, LCSW
Char is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work Degree from Kansas University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Goshen College. She has over 35 years of experience working with children, families, couples and individuals in various settings. Char has a passion for joining people as they seek to overcome challenges on the journey toward health and healing. She offers individual therapy for young adults through mature adulthood focusing on a wide range of concerns including but not limited to relationship issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, trauma, women’s issues and other life stressors. Char has a client centered approach with specialized training in EMDR.
Lauren Boyle, MSW, LCSW
Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University South Bend and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bluffton University. Lauren utilizes motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and other models to work toward long term recovery from addictions, disordered eating, non-suicidal self harm and anxiety disorders. She has experience working with teens and adults with addictions and mental health disorders in a community mental health setting. Lauren believes in a client driven approach and utilizes person centered therapy to help clients feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
